AFTER FUEL CAP IS OPEN CAR WILL NOT START FOR A FEW MIN.  CODE P0449  .I HAVE REPLACED THE PURGE SOL. VALVE BY INTAKE AND GAS VALVE BY CANISTER AND REPLACED THE FUEL PUMP AND FUEL PRESSURE SWITCH. STILL IT WILL DO THE SAME . TAKE THE CAP OFF AND IDLE  ROUGH .I ALSO PUT NEW CAP ON. THE CANISTER LOOKED OK CLEAN AND HOSES LOOKED GOOD . I AM AT A LOST WITH THIS ONE .ANY HELP? THANKS . STEVE

steve that really sounds like a purge valve issue, id check the one youve replaced already by removing the hose on the bottom of the purge valve(away from the intake side) and unplugging the valve connector. start the vehicle up and if vacuum is coming through the valve still its bad.if its not coming through the valve leave the car running and plug connector back in and recheck for vacuum getting through the valve. if all thats good as crazy as it sounds check for an intake gasket leak. but tht will not set a p0449. hopefully its just a bad purge valve
