Fuel problem

I have a 2005 kia spectra, while putting fuel
in it spits it back out and acts like its full.
While driving the car it sputters or cuts out.
What could this issue be? It takes about 10
minutes to put 3 gallons of fuel in it.

I'm having the same exact problem with my Kia Spectra 2004 ex 2.0 did you by chance figure out what the problem was cuz I'm having no luck trying to figure it out
