I Have a 2004 Kia Amanti that was reving up on its own at first and now it wont start at all and the battery is not holding a charge at all? can any one tell me whats going on or can help me

Your problems could all be related to the battery not holding a charge. First I would have the battery tested and replaced if necessary. After you get it started have the charging system checked out go to the same place where you bought the battery they should do this for free. I think all your problems are related to the battery.

I have same problem. Constantly having to jump it because something is draining my battery. Battery is new and alt checks out fine. I need a parasitic drain test done and I'm suspecting you do also. It will tell what is draining the battery. Mine is a 2004 also
