MY car runs rough & dies at red lights....what could it be? What do I need to do?

When I crank my car...it tries to die, & shakes. It goes dead at red lights, & I have to keep
my foot on the gas to keep it from dying.

Maybe IAC Idle Air Control. Do you have any warning lights on the dash lit up?
