What could cause odd noise upon startup

2004 Kia Sorento made odd noise upon startup after water
pump and timing belt and tensioners replacement. Timing
marks and belt tension are correct upon disassembly.
Baffled dont know whats going on.

Could be a bad tensioner bearing, I bought one last Friday and put it on and it made more noise than the one I had to replace. Checked the box and it said made in China, took it back and got the guy found one made in Israel so I put it on and all was good.

it's just cold, like everything else. Heats up and then it's good to go
