Sequoia 4hi and center differential lock indicator
lights flashing. What does this mean?

That would mean it is trying, but unable to fully engage. Back up and go forward to put slack in the drive train. But don't engage that lockup on hard dry surfaces. It will strain/break the drive train. Only on snow/mud.
