will not let gas pump steady instead i have to pump it slowly to pump gas what is my solution

look underneath to where the gas fill is...near the tank...will have an electrical connection and several vacuum connections to it...check to make sure it's plugged in~

the thing that makes the valve turn off or on still puzzles me....like when you close the cap and vacuum is now controlling the emission supposed to store that fuel laden fumes into the charcoal canister (that's what it does)...then when you remove the cap....there should be a "sucking" sound as the emissions control system has everything under control....when you release the cap...the solenoid should vent to the canister...if it does not do that....you're in that situation now~ the damned thing ain't opening up to the canister~ sounds like an electrical problem~
