I have a 2003 Rio with 81,000 miles on it and my ac doesn't work. I recently just charged it up and its still blowing warm air. I don't know what else to do.

I have a 2014 Kia Rio LX. It starts perfect when cold. I parked it for about 15 min's. came out & if wouldn't turn over. Turned the key and nothing. I did it 5-6 times & it started. I checked the battery & it is showing 13.1v. Terminals are clean & tight. I did remove them & clean the post, even though there was No sign of corrosion.
