Not starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car has battery but just making a clunking sound
when trying to start it. 5 speed manual
transmission.  Just died in the middle of driving it.
No lights came on dashboard just loud noise and
died. Repair shop told me engine seized.  Timing
belt on and ok, oil full and clean, radiator full, no
leaks under car?
