What caused random display of headlights and illumination of all dashboard lights with vehicle off for several hours and parked?

Car locked and keys secured inside home.  Noted
random display of headlights/total illumination of
dash.  No signs of any forced entry and alarm
sound wasn’t audible.

Took truck to Ford dealer. They ran diagnostics and found that Body Control Module (BCM) has water damage evidence and was starting to fail. Water source was a leak in windshield that went behind dash (where BCM is located). All handled all warranty. Looks like something that occurred in assembly process. QC process obviously didn’t catch it.
