Question type: Maintenance & Repair

starts with high idle and rough then slowly warms and up and idle smooths
out...#1 spark plug keeps fouling and last time I replaced it, it had fresh oil on
it. I notice valve cover leaking oil above the #1 spark plug but it could be intake
manifold? So, if oil is leaking from above, can it get into where the spark plug
is???
