2018 RAM 1500 Tradesman CEL continues to come on despite 3 separate fixes

CEL has been fixed by dealership 3 times in less than two months.  Has
anyone encountered this issue?  The first time I was told it was a software
download.  The second time I was told there was a glitch with the software
download and they did the download again.  The third time I was told there
was a faulty valve that had to be replaced. They ordered the part and
replaced it this week (fourth visit).  After each "fix" the light comes back on
within 24 hours.  I have only 500 miles on the vehicle and only owned it less
than 3 months.  The majority of the mileage is from driving to and from the
dealership due to the check engine light issue.So there is not a lot of wear
on the engine. Would appreciate any comments on this issue.  Also I do not
know if my truck is a Tradesman RWD but it is a tradesman model, regular
cab with an 8 foot box.  THANK YOU

I know, I am debating whether to have them give me a new truck. I am really concerned that it could be the engine although there are zero issues with performance. Thank you so much for your help.
