Car starting

My car is not starting I have a brand new starter
and brand new battery installed the battery voltage
is 12.6 volts prior to starting and while running is
14 6 volts however I have to jump it in order to get
it to start and it will last for the day sometimes
somebody please help

All your test show good. There must be a parasitic draw on the battery when the car is shut off. To test this remove the neg. battery cable and with a volt / ohm digital multi meter put the positive lead of the meter on the neg. bat. cable, negative lead of meter on the bat. post. Have the meter set to read Amps. There should be no more than 50 um (micro amps.) draw on the battery.

Rowefast thank you for your advice however there was no parasitic draw it was the battery cables that were full of corrosion causing the power not to get to the starter I already check for parasitic draw prior to making my post i should have clarified that better make sure that wasn't the issue it took a second pair of eyes on it last night to find out that there was enormous amounts of corrosion.
