2018 Traverse LT Front USB Ports Issues

I am having usb port issues on my 2018 Traverse.  It has
been happening for months now.  The usb ports on the
front stop working but usually came back on in a few
seconds to a minute.  This las time, we lost power on all
front USB ports for 2 hours.  We have brand new phone
cables so we know is not the cables.  Anyone having the
same issues?

Use your warranty. This could be a bad connection or maybe the transformer is going bad.

Apologies for not adding all the info. I took it to the dealership. They had it for 2 days and stated they could not replicate the problem or find any issues.
