Some makes and models, you can hook up battery charger to starter motor bat terminal to charge the battery. Of course I can't see anything from here. I don't know how hard to get at starter motor? Use you best judgement.

You need to pop off the cover on the door lock that is next to the door handle. Use the key that is hidden in the key fob.
