Why are you still advertising the 2018 Ford Escape at Land Rover, London?

Asked by Guru9T35S7 Apr 02, 2021 at 03:21 PM about the 2018 Ford Escape SE AWD

Question type: General

We called and made an appointment to view and test drive. Drove to London
from LaSalle only to find out that it was not as your listing said. So we asked if
they would reduce the price $1000.00 for our trouble and disappointment and
the answer was no. That was Wednesday. Today it is Friday and the listing  is
still the same.  I give the dealership a big fat 0 rating except for the salesman
Rob. He was very accommodating. Please save the headache for the next one
who sees your ad and ends up being disappointed like we are.
I do not think I can trust your ads now so will no longer need your service.
A very dissatisfied client.

No one from Cargurus reads these questions, this is a car repair forum of sorts. The dealers place the ads on this site, and Cargurus does not get involved with the ads, prices or sale. Sorry to hear of your experience, but it is common place now for dealers to list a lower price in the ad to get you to travel to the lots only to find out it is more expensive. I would suggest when you find another vehicle online, to read the reviews of the said dealer. Some dealers are transparent upfront when it comes to fees, but they are harder to find. Good luck on your search.
