I’m looking to buy a 2018/2019 Audi A6
Quattro. Can you advise on its reliability, long
term reliability and maintenance costs. And
advise on any other comparable cars like the
A6 that is good on long term reliability.

An Audi that is reliable and has low maintenance cost? Those have not been made yet. Maybe sometime in the future but not now.

I would avoid an Audi unless it will be under an extended warranty.
