Check for applicable trouble codes. I saw several codes for the headlamps, B and U type codes. To check codes, you need a code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes. My understanding, when you turn on headlamp switch, a circuit is grounded, then a module knows you turned on the headlamp switch and sends voltage to headlamps. The problem could be almost anywhere. Maybe some of the others will have better info and post. goodluck
