how to replace the ac manifold hose on a 2003 Lincoln ls

I have a leak in the ac manifold hose and like to replace it myself.  I have limited
experience with ac, any advice?

It is illegal to release the refrigerant gas in to the air. It must be captured with the proper tools. But since you already have a leak, beyond your control, it's not like you are going to get in trouble...not all THAT big a deal. Which hose is it? Will go full screen
