Over heats when parked but will cool off if i drive or rev

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 lincoln ls v8 175k miles and it over
heats when im n park so far that i noticed as long
as im driving or reving the engine it stays cool but
if i say parked for too long or run ac. Ive replaced
the heater control valve water pump radiator
serpaten belt trans cooler thermostat. The fans are
electric and they come on and off. I have never
allowed the car to get to the red zone I always cut
it off as soon as it starts to overheat I did notice
that there is a vacuum hose coming from the
throttle body to the passenger side valve cover that
is not the correct holes the original one must have
cracked and the previous owner replaced it with a
regular heater hose every now and then it
collapses on itself to keep that from happening I
put a spring in the middle of it to allow it to stay
open and not collapse on itself all the way that is
just a temporary fix
