I replaced a converter on my 2001 lincoln ls and now it wont startup.

I replaced my cat converter on my car now it wont start. It was starting before the cat.converter was replaced.

yes it was welded on at a shop .It will crank but wont start.

Ensure O2 sensors connected. Any codes?
