If battery is good, check your battery cables to be tight,if all is good with cables, your starter may be the issue.

That sounds like a bad battery- how do you know it is good? Sometimes an old battery will take a charge but won't work because it has a bad cell-

The starter is located on the passenger side of motor right under exhaust.

Sounds like either a bad starter solenoid (part of the starter), discharged battery or battery connection corrosion at the starter solenoid connection. Take a close look at it before you run out and buy a starter.
