Sputtering around 40 to 50 ..misfire

I have a 2001 Lincoln LS v8 lse can't get rid of
misfire on 7th cylinder changed plugs a fews times
checked compression that's fine changed egr valve
changed fuel injectors did smoke test ..could a bad
timing tensioner be the cause getting lean code for
bank one rich code for bank to ..if it was the
tensioner it's gonna be banks one since I always
change the valve cover gasket on. Bank 2 side for
leaking oil ..changed overflow tank for rad too

Did you change the coil on the #7 plug?

Is there oil in the #7 spark plug well? Have you checked all the vacuum lines for hole, cracks and or rodent damage?
