I have a 2000 Lincoln Navigator and I had clicking going on, it sounded like it was in the dash, when I turned off the blower fan wound stay high, start the engine and it would shut off, so a friend of mine that is a really good MECHANIC looked it and said it sounded like a relay was clicking so he took a screwdriver and he started tapping each relay in the fuse box’s,, there are two fuse box’s one under the hood and one under the dash, it was a relay fuse sticking and the clicking noise was one of the relays was clicking on and off , it fixed the problem
