Vin # registered at DMV California not elsewhere how can I get this info to Car Guru

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Cannot access site because my vin # 11F87 is registered in California DMV
and my car is not on their site.  How do I get them to check the DMV in
California as I am blocked until they see my car has a VIN # and is registerd
throught the DMV in California
