2000 navigator PCM can I reflash it or should I replace it. Can I do it or take it to the dealer

Had problem code po304 changed coil and plugs checked everything else is ok but still getting same code. Checked forums online suggested replacing or reflashing PCM

For what it costs to do it yourself, it is cheaper to take it to the dealer.
