00' Lincoln Navigator won't stop running like someone is holding the key

Had an issue of not starting. Replaced the
starter, solenoid as well as the ignition
switch relay an once its started its running
hard an was told if ran too long the starter
will burn out which had to replace a starter
cause of this..what can be the problem now?

Thanks AskTrannyMan ..yet its a brand new starter an has been replaced twice. Once it started it continued to run like someone was holding the ignition key down an burned the starter out an had to get another starter. Ignition relay switch has been replaced an still runs hard now what could be the problem? Desperately need my truck back up an running like it use to...HELP
