My car is making sounds from my right front tire area. It sounds like Im running over cans when I began to stop or pull off & also makes a squealing sound when Im driving.

A squealing sound may be the sounding tab on the brake pads on the rotor telling you it's time for brake pads.

There's a few things to check - the wear of the brake pads as DavidH25 mentioned - a backing plate that's riding on the brake rotor - a failed wheel bearing. Start with the easy stuff. Let us know what you find.

Jack it up and see if the wheel wobbles in your hands, Tracy has a good point about wheel bearings
