from multiple areas under the hood. Fan

Check to see if the intake manifold is leaking coolant at the front.

pours out from 3 areas .two up front and one by the tank. And when I tried to turn into the parking space the wheel got hard to turn like it was about to cut out on me. And the gauge for the engine rises to the hot side then it will come all the way back down to its resting spot. That's when it gets hard to handle.

Not sure about the pump hose feels like its flowing. When I squeezed the hose the fluid in the tanks moves/bubbles.
