When I turn on my air I can hear compressor
but no air blowing out .what could be wrong
could it be a fuse or relay

No air movement means blower motor is not working. Check fuse, but also have it checked for a diagnostic code from the electronic temperature control module, it may tell you what the problem is. (for instance it may be a bad blower motor or resistor pack).

Just to clarify, your controls interact with one or more modules and those modules then dictates various component's operation, so it may be a module problem as much as, say, the blower motor. I would not just start throwing parts at it, get the code pulled then replace the faulty part.
