Lincoln Navigator Climate Control problem. When I change the temp to 60 it blows cold AC, when I change it to 65 it starts blowing hot air. Does not matter what the temp is out side.

First off my 04 Lincoln Navigator is having a lot of odd issues that came about all at the same time and I wonder if the symptoms could be tied together. I have a similar concern, When I got turn on the rear climate control there's always a loud constant knocking/clicking noise coming from the rear passenger side near the fender that I believe is a faulty rear blend actuator. I've been troubleshooting the cause does it when the blower is running so I disconnected the control for a short time of a few weeks and when it got warmer outside for some reason and my HVAC completely stopped blowing cold. Thinking it would be just simple fix.... I reinstalled the original actuator I put the rear blend actuator back when reconnected while it was still cold during the winter
