Navigator with 100,000 miles on it. Replaced the battery. It's Dead...

1998 Navigator, Initially jumped this to get it going from where I bought it. then
it sat...I eventually replaced the battery and then it sat again through this
winter...yes it's been brutal....had battery charged and still nothing....No clicks
or anything...Anyone have any ideas??
