how can i get the front passenger seat to lay flat. down onto back seat. it stops at an incline and is hard for my dog to lay down

It is probably physically impossible as the front seat usually hits the back seat.

that would be fine. it was like that in my Prius. in the Rav4 it stays up at least 4 to 6 inches up from the back seat, seat

no, but in my Prius's it went back far enough to touch back seat
