Chevy Colorado 2.5L I4

I know there’s only so much you can do to a 2.5L
but I wanted to know will adding an exhaust tip
make the truck have a deeper sound to it? Btw I
have a cold air intake installed on my truck as well.

No, If you want it to rumble you have to replace the muffler and probably the converter as well.
