False price advertising

why are dealers allowed to advertise a price on here but when you call to buy
the vehicle, they say that price has discounts not allowed?  False advertising on
this site? rick Hendrix Chevrolet  in Norfolk Va

They put the price in, not you and not CG's. If you want to make them sweat you could threaten to report them but I doubt it would do any good.
