2018 jeep cherokee limited

my new jeep has had a mold and mildew smell both inside the car and out , I found the carpets are damp especially on the passenger side, looked under hood but saw no obvious wet areas so not sure where water is getting in

2019 Jeep Cherokee same thing. Was not sealed properly at factory and water and AC condensation coming into passenger side and drenching it. Strong mildew smell. They fixed it but smell isn’t gone yet.
