Airconditioning issue with my 2018 320i

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

on a long trip after 7 hours, with very hot weather, my air quit working. I was told to drive with windows down for 20 minutes and turn back on It worked after that.
Took in to dealer and they could not find anything, no codes showed up. Second long hot trip recently had same problem,turned air  off for 5 minutes and it worked fine after that. Now i'm taking to dealer again. Will they have to run it out in the sun for 7 hours to find the problem??

Well how are they going to know what the problem is if it never happens for them. They had my car for two weeks last time and no codes showed up. Also I'm going to be very scared to take it on long trips cause Ill never really know it is fixed. In fact I'm flying to see my ill sister next week cause of this problem. I'm sure they wont let me take a 1200 mile trip with my loaner!!! BTW i love my car
