POWER REDUCED WARNING

HI.. I have 2018 Honda acord hybrid touring. Since I have moved in
Yellowknife, Canada where the temperature is about -40 right now. Initially I
didn't receive any problem but now I'm getting continuously warning of power
reduced. Can anyone suggest me the reason behind this pop up warning?

Electric vehicles and hybrids are adversely affected by the cold.
