Remove wipers and interior trims around glass w a friend buy some piano wire e string I believe, get about 2 feet worth insert wire through urethane (the hard glue securing windsheild) use about 8 inches per use you will break the wire atleast twice, the trim if aluminum will need CAREFULLY removed starting at the small sections where they overlap dont bend or pull hard or you'll be buying more, use soapy water in a spray bottle w a buddy and have the mrs or kid spray wire when you start sawing to keep wire cool and will help w cutting corners top and bottom will be hardest. And will probably take some time as some early urethanes harden w time.

Ps wrap wire around two screw driver shanks to acquire sawing action w buddy inside and you outside. Be sure to twist wire tightly or it will pop of screw drivers on the first real weight on it. Shop around on amazon you might find what you need to make it easy a used equalizer urethane cutter or a thin and teeth ground off sawz all blade will save you a shit ton of time.
