Most fords are in side of passenger floor board by door. Might be right behind the carpet.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JXbglWWOS8 -- check this out. It is for a 1996 but yours should be the same.

I been having problems with my 1999 ford explorer startjng. It turns over but won't start for several minutes. Changed the fuel filter and the coil pack does better now. Still hard to start at first but after it runs a while it's better. Could it be the fuel pump. Turn the key several times and it starts. Please help.
