brakes
I am driving a new Kia Soul and when I'm driving slowly it feels as if the brakes
are engaged, not fully, but enough to make it feel like it's dragging. Anyone
have that experience?

It might be the transmission helping to slow down when you let off the gas. That is normal in most cars. But if it's your brakes dragging, that's not normal and you can tell by the brakes getting unusually hot for no apparent reason. In that case have the dealer take a look as it is still under warranty.
When i go to stop at 50-60 mph the brakes act like they are going to stop, but then i start sliding and i feel something something under my feet bumping the bottomside of the car. I havent experienc...
