Would any of these alternator fit my Mazda Protege 5?

Asked by Braxton Dec 05, 2016 at 09:34 AM about the 2002 Mazda Protege5 4 Dr STD Wagon

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My alternator died and I'm a college student so I'm trying to stay within a
budget of 100$ for the part and I have a friend who is willing to do the labor
for 60. My question is would any of these parts fit in my car?

good luck getting that alternator bolt out . you have to have a air hammer tool to remove it under the car. Its funny the air tool is big but it fits perfectly next to the bolt, that at 95FT Pounds. And be advised my AutoZone alternator went bad one year and four months latter they warranted it... but have fun under that car AGAIN!
