2007 mustang v6 has battery drain of .61 amp

pull fuse 56 under hood it drops to.25,then pull 59&67 drops to.10,have to pull both or it stays at.10 then pull 16 and it drops to.08.installed 56&67 removed all fuses in the"sjb"in car drain is .25 removed the rectangle connector on the front of th sjb still stays at.25

You did the first step. Now determine what is on the fuses that draw the most power. Some drain is normal but it should be less than a 1/10 amp.
