Asked by Don May 17, 2018 at 12:29 AM about the 2001 Mazda 626 ES V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car overheated and killed a etc sensor
and now it wont hold water there is a
gushing flow coming from below the
thermostat housing where it appears to be
missing a component that attaches to the
block and a freeze plug next to the housing
that looks to be pushed out

1 Answer

The question i guess would be what goes there on the block or head to prevent the water from spilling out in the pic the spot would be just under the large tube in the middle of the pic
