I have a 2007 chevy tahoe. This morning that I
turned it on it gave me a message saying that my
oil level is low but I checked the percentage and
put says I have 64% oil left. Does anybody know
what it could be?

64% left means your are 36% into your last oil change as calculated by the computer. This has NOTHING to do with low oil level. This is a maintenance program that calculates the approximate time when an oil change is due.

Just change your oil every 3-5k miles and ignore the computer.
