Smoke from exhaust

I have a 2019 nissan Altima and i just put new oil in my car.
When im sitting at the light and ready to pull of it is not
letting me pull off its acting weird and not let me take off
then it slowly takes off at first smoke was coming out but i
guess that burned off. This was not happen before i put the
sae 0w 20 in

Im not sure i put a full 5 quarts in and it took it all and i did drain the old oil out do you think that was the problem

Check the oil level! If you have transmission problems they are not related to the engine. Your CVT is problematic.

I would check the fluid level. Like FOR said it might be overfilled. Have a shop check it out if you need help. A car shouldn't need 5qts if it was low. Usually a qt or two.
