2018 Nissan Altima transmission appears not to engaged

I have a Nissan Altima 2018 SV 4 cylinder 2.5 l at
110000 miles. I was having some transmission
problems where my car will not go over 20 or 40
miles an hour so I tried changing the transmission
fluid and now when I put it into drive or reverse
nothing happens the RPMs go up to about 2,000
and the car won't move. AutoZone says I have the
right transmission fluid I use Castrol transaxle CVT.
