TICKLE SOUND UNDER RELAY FUSE BOX MADZA MPV 2000

I ask a mechanic to install a Starter Since then First all the light inside the
truck wont work except those in the dash that are ok, But Radio, Electric
door, Light in the Door, Don't work at all.
After running the car a few day now I ear tickle sound under the FUSE
RELAY BOX Under the HOOD. Had unplug the battery to stop it to prevent
to drain the whole battery.

What could be the problem a SHORT ? A BAd BIG FUSE ?

Take it back and have him do it right..Just saying..
