I have a 1999 Mazda 626 and the o/d off light comes on and off, also is leaking
water and transmission is slipping in second gear...also now the oil light and
battery light have come on...

The water leak may have caused the transmission to start slipping due to not cooling the transmission properly,the oil and battery may be low oil,and belt slippage or alternator going bad or even the battery is weak causing these issue,s.Fix water leak,then have car scanned for code,s will give you answer,s of other issue,s.
