I'm trying to figure why it cranks but won't start

I have 2004 Acura RL and it cranks but won't
start I had a body control module purchased
and a computer chip key programmed for it
before it didn't start now it cranks the
navigation and radio does not even power
on for us to put code when it say error but
the word code or error does not even come
on so how do we put code if ? And I was told
two wires are warm under hood some kinda
of relay ones and car is on why are they
warm temp..the two wires,oh yeah I
purchased a fuel relay also..
